Loaded Kumara Fries

1.5 kgs Kumara

Pinch salt

½ Avocado

Sour cream

1 Lime cut into wedges

Fresh coriander

Spring onion

Sweet chili sauce

 

  1. Slice the kumara into wedges and place on a slightly greased oven tray (or use our frozen Kin & Crop Kumara Fries). Sprinkle with salt. Bake in a hot oven at 180ºC for 40 mins – one hour or until slightly crispy and golden. Drain on a paper towel before serving.
  2. Place wedges on a serving platter. Dollop on sour cream and finish with a drizzle of sweet chilli. Assemble condiments by scattering them over the kumara wedges.
